The Children’s Equipping Center (CEC) is a ministry of the Rock House of Prayer (RHOP). The CEC’s goals and values are in accordance with the values of RHOP.
CEC believes in: cultivating intimacy with God through prayer, worship, Biblical teaching and pursuing the deep things of God’s heart; developing a lifestyle of holiness through living the Sermon on the Mount (Matthew 5, 6 and 7); living a forerunner lifestyle by walking in humility, meekness, mercy, purity, and peace while longing for His return; and understanding the urgency of the hour without instilling fear but rather cultivating a life of faith.
No matter what the age, we believe children can have a relationship with Jesus and abide in His presence.
IMPORTANT DATES TO REMEMBER:
May 20, we will continue in an 11-week session called, “Discovering God’s Heart: For Kids!” This incredible teaching has been adapted by Gina Hyatt, CEC Director of Convergence House of Prayer; Gina has taken RHOP Director Diane Parnell’s teaching and adapted it for kids! This will be an amazing class and as always, the emphasis will be on your kids exercising their faith muscles! Exciting for parents: Diane will be teaching the Discovering God’s Heart series in the EGS services – join-in right along with you children! RHOP is expectant that the Lord will encounter your whole family during this season!
June 10, we will be having our monthly Healing & Hearing night. The CEC will still be in session from 7:00pm-8:30pm. We will be contending to hear the Lord! Join us for a time of prayer and worship! For more information, please click here.

Meet our CEC Director…Lorraine Loria
Lorraine has a passion for children to know the love of God and live their God-given destiny! She has taught in both private and public schools for over 25 years, as well as conducted many trainings for teachers and parents. Her desire to reach children outside the church has given her numerous opportunities to share the love of God with kids in other countries, inner city Bible clubs, and homeless shelters. She is excited to partner with parents and the church to raise up an army of children who stand for their generation and are equipped to be world-changers for God!
